Harbor Freight Tools is a store with friendly and beyond nice employees who do their job well and professionally. The sales help is very helpful. The tools offer very good quality for most things hardware, though some products are not the best quality and all are made in China. The store has a decent amount of selections in stock. Its unbeatable value and great prices make it a great place to shop with a fixed budget. The Inside Track Club membership is worth it for regular projects. The return and exchange policy is good, and any issues are resolved quickly.
