Great store. Slow at check out sometimes due to lack of cashiers. Employees are very helpful.

There is a place for this store in a man’s life (or a woman’s I guess). Tools are exactly what you expected. There are some things I buy at HF and not Home Depot/Lowes. Shop Vacs, bench grinder, work gloves etc. You can definitely save a few bucks up front, longevity of the item, is anyone’s guess.

Looked up a battery on line. Showed harbor freight on line and said in stock with location on shelf. Turned out to be a smaller battery that won't work.

The staff followed us like we were stealing , made me feel very uncomfortable. Finally flat out asked what the problem was and they said they do that at the end of the day , walk up and down every aisle while giving hawk eye . I did find what I was looking for at a decent price
