“I ordered a ceiling fan that matched the other fan in my spare room from East Tennessee Bargain Center and had a small problem with one of the blades, I looked them up on line under their reviews and saw how they were on it even with the smallest problems. I got a hold of them and talked to a live person in the USA they said they would look for a new blade and within a few hours they called back and said they found the exact colour blade and would ship it right out. NOW WHAT COMPANY DOES THAT in this day and age. Just got it. This company went up and beyond. Rate them a 6 star. Thank you”
