8221 US-51, Millington“I just rented a laptop from here and the keyboard had a problem with it. I wanted to fix it myself but figured since they would do so for free I may as well take advantage of it. It was a released item. They said it would be a week when I would get it back, that was two weeks ago. I get this stuff takes time and I'm being as patient as I can be but I don't like being told a time frame only to have it be broken later, if it was a day or two after I'd be cool with it but two weeks so far? They've also given me little information other than "We get shipments on Wednesday" uh why only on Wednesday? Why not twice a week? I'm pretty upset.Addendum: So it was not their fault per say it was whoever was repairing the laptop. Although I wish they would of communicated this with me sooner, it's not fair to rate them on the actions of another company. They exchanged the same model, at the same rate for me. Thanks Aaron's for fixing my problem!”
