“My mom who is 85 and not online took her beloved Yorkie to Dr Barbara Wokm. She spent a great deal of time with my mom and her dog. She was very detailed in her expertise and beyond gentle with my Mom and her doggo.

“I recently brought my newest family member, Charlie, to see Dr. Heather White. Linda scheduled my appointment over the phone and was both kind and attentive to my needs. Upon arriving at the clinic, I filled out the necessary paperwork in a comfortable waiting area and was promptly taken to an exam room. Two technicians, Toby and a young woman whose name I unfortunately cannot recall, were extremely friendly and efficiently handled Charlie’s vaccinations. I also had him microchipped, a service I highly recommend to all pet owners.
Dr. White spent ample time with me, discussing Charlie’s health and conducting a thorough examination. She offered valuable advice and was empathetic to my concerns, ensuring I felt supported throughout the visit. I highly recommend Dr. White and had an overall positive experience with this clinic.”
“I have been taking my dogs to Doctor Reed for years. I dropped my dog off this morning with the understanding that my girlfriend could get off work in time to come pick up my baby before they close at six. I called and found out they were leaving early today because of the Christmas parade and a young lady named Scarlett , whom was ever so helpful, offered to stay there til my girlfriend could get there to pick up my baby girl. Thanks to Scarlett, Dr. Reed and the rest of the team at North Shelby Animal Hospital.”
“Dr. Monica is a compassionate and talented vet. She is not a vet to suggest unnecessary testing. Her staff is friendly and professional. This is a wonderful office. They are very compassionate to dogs, cats and their people. We have 5 personal cats & 2 dogs & we have a revolving door of foster cats and kittens. Doc Monica and her staff have helped us so many times! She has saved lives and her staff is always so prepared when I need help.”

“Quick appointment, prices in-line with other places, friendly staff. It will be nice for the construction to be finished so patients' owners can come in. Curbside removes nearly all of the personal touch and communication with the staff. Went for an annual wellness exam and shots I assume nothing was of concern, but wasn't told one way or the other, but that's ok!”

Dr. Duncan took care of our new puppy, Daisy May, she has also been our vet for Maggie and Emma when she was in Bartlett. We have now transferred all our babies to English Veterinary Care.”
