Since the merger between Bancorp and Cadence, the quality has declined. I called about an error on the bank’s behalf and was met with a smart alecky girl that obviously lacks training in the customer service department. Even my experiences at the window have declined. This location is ghetto and needs to clean house.

While standing in the lobby I hear the lady working the window say “this bit** coming here at 4 o’clock”. She was talking about the lady driving up to her window. I’ve been banking with this location for about a year now and I would say they have fantastic service and staff. Occasionally it will take a while in line but I find that’s usually because people aren’t prepared when they get up to desk. Other than that the staff is friendly and service is quick!
