Since the merger between Bancorp and Cadence, the quality has declined. I called about an error on the bank’s behalf and was met with a smart alecky girl that obviously lacks training in the customer service department. Even my experiences at the window have declined. This location is ghetto and needs to clean house.

This review is for this particular branch only. On several occasions in the past we've been greeted by employees that did not seem to like their job. If they spoke to you at all, there was rudeness in their tone. I haven't been to this branch in awhile but was in the area today. I was hesitant to go but thought maybe situations had improved. This time the employer actually made inappropriate comments about our account and the check I was depositing. It was really weird and made me uncomfortable so I asked for my things back so I could go to our local branch in Southaven where we've never been treated this way.

Joe Perdue at this location is one of the most professional men I have ever encountered. He has gone above and beyond to help us throughout our loan process. Often times these days people don't do more than the minimum for their job and expect you to pick up the rest. Not Joe. He made phonecalls and met us wherever we were in order to help streamline our process. 5 stars are not enough.

While standing in the lobby I hear the lady working the window say “this bit** coming here at 4 o’clock”. She was talking about the lady driving up to her window. That was very unprofessional and uncalled for. If you do not want customers, shut down. After 12 years of banking here, I am highly considering going somewhere else

I’ve been banking with this location for about a year now and I would say they have fantastic service and staff. Occasionally it will take a while in line but I find that’s usually because people aren’t prepared when they get up to desk. Other than that the staff is friendly and service is quick!

Worst counter clerks ever! I've been here multiple multiple times and they make it harder than I ever have to cash a check. Please go to the one on Poplar and save yourself a lot of trouble

Seems like I always come away frustrated. I think they are a little behind times. Also charge crazy fees to withdraw $$$ from other machines. Staff has always been friendly but...
