I like going here but sometimes they kind of rush me out the door even when there not busy I love the products just staff can be a bit rude

I visited the Bartlett location 06-3-2025. I had a great experience. The store's rep, Layla was amazing. She was very helpful on advising and suggested which soaps would work best with my sensitive/ dry skin. Should you visit this store please ask for Layla, you will not be disappointed. Great location.

I love Buff City Soaps. I stock up on soaps and laundry detergent every time I’m in, and the staff is the best! Always really friendly and answers my questions. The laundry detergents are refillable so I feel like I’m doing my part with less waste and they can customize the scents each time.
