First I want to say that I love buff city soap and bath oil... but let me tell you the location in Conway Arkansas sucks some serious booooooty! I went in on tuesday, December 19th, I was out of soap and bath oil so they had some of the soap I used, but none of the oil. The guy in the store explained he would be making a batch the next day and so I asked if I could go ahead and buy it (because they had a deal when you spend a certain amount you get a percentage off) and pick it up after he made the batch the next day. Well, I waited... and waited.... and waited, today is Saturday, December 23rd and I still hadn't received a text/call/email so I decided to stop in the store and see if maybe they had sent it to the wrong information... No.. they hadn't. If I wanted to wait until next year for some more bath oil I wouldn't have bought it then! The guy is making customized laundry soap/oils/etc for other people in line at the store but was super rude to me telling me next time to wait to come in until i get a email/text/call. I NEEDED the bath oil on Tuesday when I went in. I wouldn't have bought it then if I'd known he really wasn't going to prepare it the next day. There are other stores around where I live, but guaranteed I WILL NOT shop anymore at the Conway Arkansas store. I will go to another store where the workers are actually good with customers and understanding. If I could give this place a negative number review I would. The workers either need to be replaced with decent "customer service" associates who can keep up with supply and demand or they just need to shut this store down because they NEVER have any stock and they are ALWAYS rude!

It was my first time going there with my mom and my youngest sister entering the soap shop smelling amazing the place deserves more clients shopping ?️ inside it should be doing well it is a little expensive depending on how much soaps you are buying in what numbers of soap are being purchased. The all soaps and types of soap the feel and the texture looks like soap bars and bath bombs tell the soap makers what type of natural soap is popular ?what is not being sold ?what are they are selling for everyone of what age ? it should be soap for elders as well laundry's soap skin care face skin care and body soap. hard small handmade cold press soap bars plus a list of soaps for daily and night use.?????? ???

You have now lost me as a customer. Three strikes, you're out. One time you could not do refills because you were "preparing for an event." Another time my daughter and I waited 25 minutes to get served. A few days ago, you couldn't refill because source ingredients were still in bags outside the store. As a result, I had to buy already made, but you charged me full price instead of giving me the refill price (which I would have offered if I worked there).

Great options on scents but the shower fizz needs to be taken off the shelf. My wife and I purchased the eucalyptus shower fix and you can't smell it at all. I have used some less than half that size and they would make my entire bathroom smell awesome. But the beard oil, scrubs, and laundry detergent are awesome and did not disappoint.

I went to this particular store earlier today. I was the only person in the store I was greeted but the young lady had her back turned and she sounded like she was tired. The other young lady did not speak. They were doing there work. I was looking for rose beauty bar. So I went to the bar. The team member's back was still turned I had put my keys down fixing to say excuse me please with a smile, she blew like I anointed her and turned around. She went through the motions of waiting on me with no smile or emotion and made me feel as if I couldn't ask questions. She did tell me that the rose has been discontinued. I was happy that I found a buff city soap close to where I lived. But I think I will make the trip to Millington!!! They are more approachable, nice, helpful and it is a wonderful experience every time!!!

Received a bath bomb as a gift and was so upset upon use. SOOO oily- so much oil that it made me feel greasy and left a disgusting oily ring around my tub. I've used Lush bath bombs for years and have never had this kind of experience. Definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Gross.

Super friendly service! The staff greet you as you enter and someone comes over immediately to address your needs. I tried one of their bath bombs tonight for the first time and it was the BEST bath bomb I have ever used. The bath water nourished my skin to the point where I felt like I had put lotion on! Also the smell was perfectly balanced, present yet subtle and more natural than I'm used to. Amazing and totally worth it!

Love Buff City Soap!! Shelby and the ladies were so kind. When you are in a new place, how nice to talk with the owner and get a tour. Great people and super selection of great soap for whatever you need. Try the shower bomb in your choice of fragrance. I got one - Eucalyptus. Can't wait to try it. Drop by and check them out.

I bought the magnolia detergent and scent booster. My clothes have no scent. The products do although it is mild.

My daughter purchased some chapstick talking to the salesperson. And my daughter made a purchase. The manager told her not to come back to her store. I think that was very mean and prejudiced on Saturday the 18th the store was not busy at all.

I realy like the products at buff city. I have spent a lot of money in the short pump location. When i returned a body scrub that did not have a seal the store rep told me they stop sealing jars. As a customer i wanted a jar that had a seal on it. It was one jar of body scrub. Customer service and customer satisfaction was not important. I will likely explore other options and spend another future money with this company.

I love soaps that contain natural/organic ingredients. RAD and SallyeAnder are my favorites but their prices aren't. I discovered Buff City Soap while scrolling on TikTok and lucked up on their 4 for $20 sale. So far I've placed 2 orders (can't beat the price).Last week I ordered the Island Nectar soap for the second time and now I really regret it. After googling "Is Buff City Soap healthy?" I found out that the soap contains yellow #5 (a carcinogenic dye). Buff City Soap claims to use natural healthy ingredients, but their customer service department ignored my emailed complaint - proving you get what you pay for. My health is extremely important and cancer runs in my family. Evidently Buff City Soap doesn't care. This is what happens when businesses care about their bottom line and not customers' health and safety. #RAD Soap #SallyAnder
