CVS pharmacy staff were professional & courteous. The vaccines were available at my visit. Staff was knowledgeable and proficient, they educated me about side effects and post vaccine care. They also provided me with a record of the vaccinations I received.

This is not a good location to pick up a prescription. The customer service is not good in the pharmacy. I have had unsatisfactory service at the pharmacy many times. This is the only reason I am leaving a negative survey.

i dropped off RX Dece. 22nd. Pharmacist called me and said I would need a new PA, but they had the medication and would hold it for me. I called MD for new PA. His nurse said I had a current one, that the pharmacist had coded the RX wrong. The pharmacist told her she would issue the meds. \nI went the next day, the clerk said they had no meds for me. The pharmacist was giving injections so I waited for 30 minutes. She found the communication, but it wasnt filled. I was told It would be over an hour to get it ready. I came back 3 hours later it still wasnt ready. Only the pharmacist was back from lunch, and couldnt fill it because there were no clerks back from lunch she was checking out customers.\nI went back 2 hours later and it was ready. waited in line for 25 minutes. It shouldnt take 5 phone calls and 4 trips to pick up medications

The worst location to get medication filled or refilled. Nasty and rude customer service. The Pharmacy Techs (young African American lady with long braids) want to argue with the customer about checking on the status of an e-script that she told the customer she would do however; she was providing no feedback. When inquired after sitting in waiting area for over an hour, she wants to go back and forth and finally states it’s in QT and we’ll get it filled. Because she was arguing with the customer, she refused to assist customer any further and I believe Teresa had to assist me when I finally checked out. They, meaning all except the Pharmacist act as if they can’t spell common names. Not very welcoming and I definitely wouldn’t recommend. I’ll drive the extra mile to go to another location. Wait time sucks. Just everything about this location was HORRIBLE! If you want to experience unprofessionalism at its finest then go here, if not go somewhere else.

Pharmacy needs some major help. I’m always so confused when I come here. I like it because it’s the one closest to my house, but it’s always a guessing game when I come. I come mostly for flu shots and TB tests for work. The online instructions for when you arrive don’t match the minute clinic inside. If you go to the pharmacy, there’s about 3 different vaccine check in spots, so I never know where to go. One of those is behind closed windows so you aren’t even seen by pharmacy techs. I waited once for 20 minutes before I was helped, probably because the signs told me to wait behind a wall.. their service is usually really friendly and good though. They just need some organization help.

Take you prescriptions some where else. I have to get a refill ever two weeks but every two weeks there out of stock and it takes a week to three weeks to get them restocked so you will be with out your medication. The people are nice they just cant get medication in . Other then that it's a nice clean place.. But if you need medicine to survive or to get buy or to function on dont go here..

Only gave 1 star because it wouldn't allow 0. I'm not even sure why this place is open; I sat in the drive-thru midday and nothing ever happened. Just shut it down and go find jobs that pay hourly for incompetence.
