“I took my laptop in to see if it could be salvaged. I was greeted as soon as I crossed the business threshold door. Topher was the gentleman that assisted me. He was kind, honest, knowledgeable, professional and SUPER accommodating. He took the time to thoroughly explain several possibilities of why my laptop wasn't functioning, and also removed the laptop backing to see if he could visibly see any damages. With that said, I left my laptop to have it further reviewed. I couldn't ask for a better customer service experience in which I received from Topher. I highly recommend this business!”
