“Both Erica and Jennifer were on top of the game when we visited them this afternoon. I needed an upgrade, the store was full of people, but Ms. Erica made her way over to me and asked to sign me in. Within 3 minutes or so, she had gotten me started on my mobile device with ordering my upgrade and it was easy and seamless from there. When I needed help transferring my data to the new phone, Jennifer was there to get me started.
Erica was there at the booth next to answering my questions when Jennifer was working with other folks.

In 30 minutes, she solved my problem, upgraded my phone, and treated me with friendliness and respect. Never once did she treat me last if I was a stupid old lady who couldn’t possibly be worth her time (how I am generally treated because I am not tech savvy). She could give lessons in customer service.”
