Not evening acknowledging us at that
Memphis has gotten so sad and you corporations need to care more about your consumers and stop hiring just to have bodies. Make these lazy people sit at home and stop paying them.
And where are your district managers ????

The website and the sign on the door states that they open at 8 am and when I arrive at 8:15 am, two women and a child were standing inside the store at the front door. The was locked and the employee would not unlock the door while people are waiting in the rain. They don’t care about customers or people!

The manager at this store had the worst attitude I have ever seen. She seems to really hate her job and has a strong dislike to customers. Even if you speak to her she won't say anything. If she rings you up she won't say a word but look at you crazy. I really don't understand it at all. Especially since she is a manager.

routinely opens and closes during posted business hours, owner/manager is rude, employees are great but she's something else, would recommend shopping elsewhere...
