I stopped by the Germantown Rd location and Katelyn was helpful and so nice. I didn't have much time as I struggled with time moving closer toward a scheduled appointment I had at my home with a contractor. Katelyn ask me my size and found everything I needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful! I really don't like scrubs, I hate how frumpy they are. The owner pointed me toward this brand and said these are not like scrubs at all- I love them! I am about to make everybody at work jealous! I can't wait to see them with the embroidery done.

Scrubs by Identity Factor has the best selection of scrubs in Memphis by far. As someone with really long legs, it’s usually a struggle to find scrubs that fit well, but they always have plenty of options and exactly what I need. I’ll definitely be back!
