“I’m honestly confused by some of the earlier reviews because our experience could not have been better. The owner was so incredibly helpful to my daughter, who is starting nursing school, and me. I made the mistake of waiting way too long to order her scrubs and was starting to panic. I called and spoke with the owner, and then we headed over to the store. They were busy, but did that mean she was too busy to calm my nerves and take care of us? Not at all. She took the time to help us, answer our questions, and make sure everything was taken care of. We’ll have my daughter’s scrubs embroidered and ready in plenty of time. Such a huge relief for this nervous nursing school mom! We are so appreciative of the kindness and great customer service. Last month, Foot Locker Inc. reopened its flagship store at 112 W 34th St. in New York City, as part of new retail plans. The store introduced "Home Court," a basketball-focused shopping area created with Nike and Jordan Brand. The updated store offers a basketball-themed shopping experience. It combines customer service with the newest products for use on and off the court from several brands.
