Shit pharmacy. Shift pharmacist Jennifer. They don't tell you when medications are denied or to contact your doctor. Jennifer and her entire staff were rude and basically called me a liar when I told them I was never notified that my medication was denied. They claim to have texted me but I checked thoroughly and never received the notification.

What a bunch of rude people. I'm gonna change my pharmacy to Walmart. They were so nice when I first started with them but now there so rude. And they do talk horrible about customers. I'm gonna call main head quarters and make a complaint. If you hate your job then find another one.

I have loved this store since I was a child. The name being said just brings a smile to my face. Its safe and clean. I love the high standers they have for cleanliness and you can trust the butchers that prepare the meats and cheeses. The store is always clean and i come here for my love of poncho's cheese dip. Well, we locals know they shut the restaurant down but the legacy of the famous cheese dip lives on here at KROGER. Not the white cheese dip the original dip. I give it 5 stars and I love the flower shop inside.

Tonight I went in the store and purchased a few items one of them being a jar of RAGU sauce. As soon as I exited, the jar fell through the bag and busted open right in front of the store. I walked back in and asked the Manager who said his name was Joe could I get another jar due to the flimsy bag. He told me no because I exited the door and that once I'm outside it's no longer their problem.This is terrible customer service this could have been my last $ and to treat a customer that way is just terrible especially if it wasn't my fault. The Ragu was in a bag by itself and I even showed him the broken bag and told him the glass jar was busted open in front of the store and he just walked off. I had to call corporate to get it handled. I shouldn't have had to do all of that. Hire better people.

Why have a cashier and bagger ready to work at 7:40 am if they refuse to check customers out? Too early to be so rude!

Terrible worst Kroger I've ever seen lines always down the isles while they have team members standing there when they could be opening up the 10 empty cashiers. Came in for just sushi and they wouldn't even check me out in the back where u buy the to go food... never going back tired of it !

this is now the 5th time I've come to pick up prescription an only half of it is filled. am I the only one this is getting down too? and why?

They're always really busy, but my issue is that whenever I call, they hang up on me after answering part of my initial question. No goodbye, no waiting to see if I need more help. Just gives the information, waits for an "Ok" and hangs up. Very bad service.

I was there at 2:15 today. Store was not busy. No shopping carts were inside the building. Nor were there any of the hand baskets. Parking lot was full of shopping carts. There were also several of the electric riding ones. All sitting in the rain.
