Fitness & Gyms
Hours: Esporta Fitness is a well-equipped gym that offers a good value for its price. The facility features new, well-laid-out equipment, an indoor pool, and a cross-training area, making it suitable for various workout routines. The gym is generally clean, with most equipment in good condition, and provides a relaxed environment that is rarely overly crowded. However, during peak hours like noon and 5 pm, the gym can become busy, leading to wait times for certain equipment, which may require adjusting workout schedules. The ambiance is pleasant, especially during evening visits around 8:30 pm, and the overall atmosphere is low key and welcoming. Customer service at Esporta Fitness stands out, with staff members such as managers and associates demonstrating professionalism, kindness, and a genuine willingness to assist. Visitors have praised the staff for their attentiveness and dedication to creating a positive experience. One guest, notably a guest from out of town, highlighted the exceptional care provided by the staff, making their visit memorable. Despite its strengths, recent changes have affected the experience. The gym has cut back on some amenities, such as providing cleaning solutions for equipment, which previously helped members maintain sanitation. Additionally, the gym's hours have been reduced, limiting access during early mornings and weekends, which may inconvenience those with busy schedules. Overall, Esporta Fitness remains a solid choice for those seeking affordable, decent equipment and a friendly environment, though some operational adjustments are ongoing.
