Planet Fitness is a clean facility that provides great value and a wide range of equipment. It is a cool and very nice place, described as a welcoming Judgement Free Zone where everyone can build strength. The staff is noted as being kind, caring, professional, and always cleaning, which is greatly appreciated. While generally not overcrowded, it has peak times like any gym. Some members express a desire for more consistent rule enforcement and for personal trainers to be available. There is also a suggestion to post signs by the free weights for better spacing.
Shout out to Tina at Planet Fitness Bartlett! She is absolutely awsome. She and the rest of the staff are very friendly and they keep the gym clean!
