“I've used this cleaners for a few years now, I find that they are very responsive to how you state you would like your clothing, as of a few years ago they didn't offer same day service, but other than that I've never had a problem with any of my dry cleaning orders, staff is friendly and service is prompt. I also find the staff to be very honest, I've been handed over at least $50 bucks that I had left in my clothing, which I found neatly folded and in a plastic baggie attached to my clothes. Right at the beginning of the COVID restrictions, I dropped off an order of clothing and since I was working from home I really lacked the motivation to go and pick them back up, low and behold a year later I received a phone call, "you have clothes here, lol, which I promptly picked up, probably should have been donated or sold, but they were nice enough to call me.”
“This place is comfortable and clean, Britney makes sure to keep the building clean and tidy whenever she can. Helps the customers and is sociable enough to let them feel welcomed.”
“I come every time I need to wash, the staff and environment is very pleasant. If you need help they are always willing to help out of a scale from 1 to 10 they will be a 10 plus.”

“Denise sweet lady, it is actually my first time doing my laundry from here, she helped me and guided me through out the process. And gave me all the information I need to know that may benefit me as a customer and all the promotions for every Tuesday and free drayer. What amazed me a lot is the level cleanliness, Denise kept cleaning the machines all time at the drop of any stain or detergent, cleaned the premises i was impressing.

“May 2026 The machines are working perfectly, the only problem is the worker drinks a lot of alcohol and isn't paying attention to opening the bathroom door. He's been there washing for two hours, and I need to use the restroom. The owner should fix that problem.”
“I come here everytime I’m in town. I’m a otr trucker and this is the fastest and best way for me to get my clothes and bedding clean. Mrs. Sandra is a gem. I appreciate her.”
“Expensive but do the best job I've seen yet here in Memphis. I have an online clothing store and photograph my clothing, they really make it look great. Worth the extra cost if you have vintage or expensive clothing.”

“Inside was clean and my clothes still smelled good coming out the dryer, they didnt have a burnt smell like some other places. The lady was polite and welcoming. The only .25 car wash in the area and everything works good.”

“The staff were there cleaning up the place. Wiping down the washing machines and taking the lint off the dryers. She cleaned the place thoroughly and new clients came on and immediately dirtier the place. They dropped lint sheets on the floor and dropped food.”
“UPDATE!!? , You're correct I should not have given one star for this but I was just really upset about my clothes at the time. I wish I'd seen this earlier!!! Im just now seeing it a couple of months later so I'm sure those clothes are gone by now. So this is my fault!!! And it was my fault I should not have left my clothes there. Like I said was just upset... but overall everything is very clean in there and usually very helpful. I'm updating this too a different rating and again wanted to apologize for taking it out on you!

Previously I had left a great review about this place because I went a couple of times and the owner was so friendly (whoever was at the desk was so friendly). Everything was clean and I had a great experience. However , I visited a few days ago and left for a couple of hours while my clothes were in the dryer finishing up. There was an attendant on duty and I have done this every time and never had an issue. Unfortunately when I got back my clothes had been stolen!! I know that they cannot watch everything.... BUT I asked him if I could look at The cameras to see who took my things. I had several expensive items in there, some bedding and blankets, comforter. I was told that the cameras were not operable. My recommendation would be to have the cameras turned on or fix them if they are broken. If you're going to have them and make people think that they are safe, also there's an attendant there supposed to be watching things...”
“This is a family owned and operated business. I gave them four suits for dry cleaning. They were ready on time, done right, and the pens and business cards I forgot in some jackets were neatly placed in a sealed envelope and handed to me at pickup, including a nice Mont Blanc pen.”

“I had a wonderful experience for my first visit after leaving my order with the morning clerk, Cindy! Not so much the next afternoon on my lunch break when I went back to pick up to find the door had a sign on it saying that they were out for a bit. I waited for about 15 and gave up and had to go back the next morning. Clothes looked great. But people should be on time to work. Thank you Cindy for taking such great care of me both days! I will definitely be back thanks to you!”
