Mattress firm has legitimately made me wake up much happier.
Firstly, they saved me $1200. When I wandered into the store to try out some mattresses, Annie asked if my current mattress was under warranty. She was able to confirm that it was and I was able to use the full sum as store credit.
Annie and Ariel were absolutely phenomenal as I auditioned mattresses over several days. I never felt any sales pressure. When I finally decided what my new purchase would be they couldn’t have been more helpful getting my arrangements in order. Even up to having my new mattress delivered the very next day.
In the end I was able to save 1/3 off the price of a new mattress simply because the staff at Mattress Firm were committed to honoring their warranty even when I didn’t assume I had one. I’m sleeping better and waking up well rested. Thank you, Mattress Firm!”

“Would be a 5 star but they sold us a sectional couch that doesn’t clip or attach together so it’s basically 3 separate pieces and we had to order parts off Amazon to connect the couch’s together. We called and told them it doesn’t connect together but they said that their moving guys and us are liars and it does connect together. I would suggest anyone buying couches inspect that before buying because ours 100% doesn’t connect together.”

“I was very happy with my experience with royal furniture. My son recently had surgery and we needed a comfortable recliner for him to sleep in. It was delivered quickly by two nice gentlemen and set up for him. He has been very comfortable in the serta home theater recliner. We love the led cup holders and all outlets and USB charging ports with storage too.”
