“I had a great experience at Mattress Firm on Hwy. 64, I believe it’s referred to as the Wolfchase location. Annie greeted me kindly and warmly. Simply asked a couple questions and let me be. I do not like to be “pestered” in any retail setting that involves salespersons. They will lose a sale quickly and swiftly, but with politeness. ☺ I am happy to say she did not, at all. She’d check in, just enough and when I did have a question or two she answered politely and proficiently. When I had it narrowed down to two, she helped me make the best choice for me, not based on the most expensive one. 😊 I highly recommend visiting this store and ask for Annie!!”

We were so pleased with the customer service we received from every level of the organization!When we received our file cabinets, I have never been so pleased with the installers who brought them out and set them up! They were the most professional and polite I have yet to encounter! They were charming and a delight to be around! True perfectionists in making sure the cabinets were level, lined up perfectly and everything was positioned exactly the way that we needed it. “So initially left a bad review regarding a stencil that I purchased from Amy Howard at home I am amending that recommendation because the stencil was actually fabulous! I just didn't understand that it was a mesh stencil it looked like a window cling. But once I tried to use it it turned out so beautiful I'm going to give this product a triple thumbs up. The only suggestion I would have would be to include a link to a YouTube video on how to use these types of stencils for those of us who are only used to traditional cutouts stencils. It did a gorgeous job on my windows for some Christmas cheer”

This is a very large store with a huge selection that you really ought to see it to believe it! I think they cover every style and even a wide price range. Come prepare to spend a lot of time looking at all they have. They even have some antique fireplace items.”
