They have a wide selection of items for each organization, they quality is great, and the price points are very reasonable. I love all of the small trinkets they have as well. “Have been there several times (East Memphis location) and the staff is always courteous and helpful. Good selection of nice-looking clothing. Oversized customers like me have very few options when clothes shopping. And the stuff can get much pricier per item than clothing for regular sized adults. But that just comes with the territory.Join their mailing list and you’ll receive frequent offers for discounts on your purchases.Store is always clean and tidy. Dressing rooms are comfortably spacious.If you have to order from them by mail the turnaround time is short and they typically get your stuff in the mail very quickly. They shipped my last order for free but I can’t remember if that was standard or due to the size of my order (which was only $80).”

“This review maybe years late. but I'll tell you this...Years ago they saved an expensive suit of mine that was chewed up by a moth. The reweave they did on the suit was perfect! You cannot tell where the repair was. The work wasn't cheap but I wasn't going to throw away that suit without trying to fix it! Even today the suit looks great.”
“You can’t find any better than Courtenay at the Poplar location for American Tux. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was fitted and had everything done on time. I came in from Tampa because of the hurricane and she not only helped with getting my tux but comforted me and was as nice as can be. Highly recommend her for the best service you can find!!”

Honest salesmen are hard to come by nowadays, but he knows just how to get you the best quality items in the store. He takes your needs and wants into consideration, then pops out with some of the most striking options!

“Been coming to this location off and on for years. Have purchased bike equipment, like lights, seats, etc. I've purchased ski apparel and regular apparel at the place next door. I also purchased a roof rack for my vehicle at the gear place next to the bike shop. Brandon (the tall guy with the dreads) was very helpful getting me set up with the right one and i also had it installed here. He was very patient in helping me figure out if i could keep and use my rack system when i trade vehicles.”

“Had a very nice experience at this Old Navy. I'm extremely glad that they carry all sizes at the stores now! The store was clean, cool, and not crowded yet. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the clearance section was a bit messy. You literally have to dig through all sizes. It would make sense to separate the sizes so it won't be so difficult to find things. I guess shopping clearance you have to hunt, other than that it's a good place to shop.”
