“I’ve been using Rocky for alterations for over two years.
Rocky has made dozens of alterations for purchases I made on eBay, including shirts, pants and sport coats.
Having used a number of alteration shops in Memphis, Rocky does the best job.
His prices are fair and he has the clothing ready on the dates he promised
There’s one more service he provides that I find particularly outstanding:
Rocky offers independent judgment. By that I mean he is intent upon making valuable recommendations. On mutiple occasions, I wanted to have my clothes altered in a certain way, and he gently suggested a better alternative. Doubtful it first, I followed his recommendations and he was correct every time!”

“The store manager, Amy was very helpful and informative. I told her the issues with my one foot that has a bunion and bone spur on it. When I walk, I have a lot of discomfort by the time I finish walking, she brought out three different brands of shoes and the last brand was one that has the Wide toe box. It felt great and when we did her 3.3 miles the other day my foot was not hurting after the walk. It was a very good first experience and I plan to visit again .”

“I recently purchased a Cannondale bike from this shop. Gavin was my salesman and ongoing advisor. He’s been wonderful. I had a terrible experience from another shop in the Binghamton area - they would not return calls or even bother to take the time to answer my questions, despite their top reviews. I chose Outdoor Inc Bike Shop because of their service and just good customer service. I am sure the other place has experts. What’s the point if they wouldn’t return calls. Gavin has helped me tweak my bike following the first 100 miles. I highly recommend this store, and their friendly service. I guess there is a reason their company has been around since the 70’s. Other places just change their names when business slows down. Thank you!”

There was more there than I needed but it was nice to soak it all in. Suits and apparel to completely outfit someones wedding party, clergy or special events. If I didn't have to pack it to travel this would have been the perfect place to buy a suit right now. They took the alteration for my pants a got it ready on time as promised. I only needed my two little items but I highly recommend this business.”
