“I have been an AT&T customer for many years and I would have to say that my visit and interaction with Mimmie was by far the BEST EVER! From her greeting to her walk to the door afterwards it was truly incredible. Her pleasant demeanor was very much appreciated and her knowledge of what I needed was superb. As a customer I thank you for giving her an opportunity to serve customers and only wish that we had a million Minnies in the customer service industry everywhere. She's simply AWESOME!!!!!!! Thank you Minnie.”
