Truist is a bank that has undergone several changes over the years, including transitions from NBC to SunTrust, and now to Truist. Many customers appreciate the strong customer service, especially at the Bartlett branch, where staff members are described as kind and patient. However, some clients have experienced issues with credit card services, including incorrect card names and delays in receiving debit cards, which have led to trust concerns. Due to health and safety measures, services at local branches are adjusted, with teller services available only through drive-thru lanes and in-person visits by appointment. Overall, Truist aims to care for its customers amidst these challenges.
I have been banking here through all of the changes…from NBC to SunTrust to Truist. (That’s decades!) Each has had their ups and downs. I am pleased to say that I have stayed with Truist and this branch. They truly take care of their customers.

I use the drive thru most of the time and it is usually not too busy during the day except for Monday and Friday.
