“Update: I do appreciate that Mr. Baillie reached out to me to offer a complimentary tune up next Spring to try and make things right.Original Review: It took them well over 3 weeks to clean the carb on our push mower. It wasn’t leaking gas before we brought it in, but as soon as my husband filled it with gas, the whole tank of gas poured out on the ground as if something hadn’t been put back in right. I honestly expected them to fix it for free or very discounted, but instead it was over $100(to apparently replace the carb). Of course my husband paid it and probably didn’t complain. Though he did come home and tell me never to go there again. This was a used push mower that we bought from A friend. the whole mower is not even worth what they charged us for repairs(over $150), plus the inconvenience of bringing it in twice and not being able to mow our yard for the month they had it total.”
“This place has nearly everything we need. I went looking for Believe ( home brand) mascara- got it, & Rexal's Black Cohosh, found both plus bonus buy, they had Believe's Nearly Rose Lip Liner ( most popular color) bought it all. In & out within 5 minutes!! Now that's what I like...convenience, good prices, quick service!!”
“This place has just about any and everything you could be looking for. For any tyoe of repair to remodeling.There is a ton of stuff at Stovers but its simply over packed and cramped with very little room.”
“I absolutely love this store!!! The staff is friendly and take the time to answer questions. They wanted to make sure i found what i needed, took the time to show me where things were located and even informed me of the DG app where i can see my home store, check what's in stock, and digitally clip my coupons, entered my phone number and Voila instant savings! They always greet me when i come in, the store is well maintained. And even keep the store stocked as best they can. I've been to neighboring DG stores but this one is by far the best hands down!”
“Well all I can say is it Save-A-Lot they all smell bad every time I go in there I don't know what they clean with but to me it stinks but anyway with that being said they have what I need I think the prices are going up pretty exponentially but then so is everything else out here so I can understand why but they got a decent choice this app's always been friendly and kind”

“Milk is cheaper than walmart, snacks easily available but more expensive than walmart. The people are SO friendly. I'd avoid the bread as it tastes like laundry detergent. I don't know what happened but it's ew. They have ice cream, a huge wall of soda, snacks and donuts in the bags too. There is a TON of laundry detergent and cleaners. Good supply of cold and cough and you can pick them up after Walmart closes too which is SO nice right now. Oh...there is a RedBox outside too.”
“I want to say thank you to the most awesome cashier I have ever met. I have the Dollar general app I love the app I always save money with it no matter what but tonight she was awesome. The stuff that I bought normally would have cost over $100 she helped me coupon this to where I paid like $50 for $100 worth of stuff. I got a total of $47 or more just in coupons from my website and the coupons that she helped me with. I will forever be grateful to her because right now money is tight for everyone and she made my day doing what she did and she was patient and nice you couldn't have asked for anyone better.”
“I love this store! I became aware of Super Buys upon waiting for another business to reopen from lunch break. Very impressive place as soon as I entered. I was amazed at all the different merchandise as I walked every aisle. I found myself with both my arms full going to checkout with things I had needed for a fraction of regular price. The sales associate at the register was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed every moment in Super Buys, except when it was time to go, lol.”
“Easy to get in and out. I absolutely love the rearranged floor plan that has included a produce section and more food instead of random unneeded items. Anything else you can do to keep me from going into Walmart is welcomed too”

“Big lots is a really interesting store. I like to mingle and see what catches my eye. There is a lot of furniture, snacks, electronic wires and Halloween stuff to decorate your yard.”
“my son works at this location and provided his store supervisor, Tyler Smith with 2 positive at home covid tests. Tyler insisted the tests were not positive even though the tests CLEARLY indicate he is. Tyler told my son it's DG policy that he go to the doctor against cdc recommendations that he quarantine since he knows he has covid. Furthermore, his doctor won't allow him to come in office with 2 positive covid test results. Tyler went as far as to send the local sheriff's department to my home this morning to tell me I am banned from this store because I advocated for son to not be bullied by his supervisor. I have spoken with Tyler's superior who has all the evidence of Tyler breaking federal work laws today. Shoppers at this location beware....while my son doesn't necessarily need this job other employees there may and as t stands now, Tyler is demanding that all staff with at home positive covid results show up for their scheduled shifts or risk losing their $10 an hour job. Tyler, you can suck my dick”
“My dearest friend had a physician's appointment in Cookeville and ask me to go along with him.
We successfully completed the appointment and had lunch at Outback (which was yummy).
Afterward my friend asked me to drive him to Ollie's to pick up a few items_
I had never been inside an Ollie's in my lifetime.
I was in amazement upon entering the door to say the least.
I assumed Ollie's was just another ordinary discount store but I was mistaken.
I could have stayed inside this place for days and could never see everything.
Name brand overflow and items of any and every kind_
Unbelievable.
It was like I was in a magic maze of merchandise.
I absolutely love Ollie's now and thanked my dearest friend for sharing his favorite store with me.
Ollie's has any and everything one could ever dream of seeing.
The prices are cut so low in Ollie's that I beg to question how much we overpay what we do in the regular stores.
So many gougers in the regular stores in the most needful time in my history of being on this planet.
I know retailers are struggling as well but Ollie's is a ray of hope with shopping now for me.
I enjoyed my first visit immensely and hopefully it will not be my last.
I just want to go there one day and spend the entire day browsing and shopping in Ollie's.

“It's not what I expected. With the word "bin" in the name I thought it was actual bin shopping. There were 3 or 4 bins the rest of it was on shelves. It was a little on the expensive side. I understand they need to pay for the space and make some profit. I might have just hit an off day, nothing interested me. I'd give it another chance.”
