“10/23: has improved since last review and the branch has moved down to Blaine.My partner went to deposit a estate check on the 8/8/19. At the 7701 Rutledge pike location, the female manager told him it would be ok and it would post within 7 days. It's the 12th and not only did the check bounce, (over 200k in the account, shouldn't have bounced), but they charged an overdraft fee. We are going to the main branch in Knoxville to get this resolved. The female manager at 7701 Rutledge pike needs to be fired. Not only was she unprofessional, but she's costing the bank money with our high yielding account. And we refuse to visit that location again in the future. We are going to file a report with the FTC and FDIC. This is ridiculously eating up our time and resources.. Shouldn't have happened if she was actually knowledgeable about her job.”
