“Love the wash. Elizabethton location has been having problems. The wash process has not worked correctly. And another visit, my car had an oily film over my entire car. Employees didn't know what to do, and they kept running cars though instead of shutting down and fixing the problem. Very disappointed”

“Hands down this is the best detailing service in our area. Quality customer service is hard to find sometimes but here I feel confident in the care they take on my cars. Great communication with the staff and super easy to schedule. I have given gift cards to my family and friends for a detail from here and it’s been a hit! Life gets away from us sometimes so it’s nice to be able to have one less stressor with this company. Thank you again for the amazing quality you offer!”
“I don’t typically leave reviews, but I am hoping the attendant there today (December 7th) may see this! He took his time and gave our car (& the car in front of us and behind us) more attention than it’s ever seen at a drive through car wash! Just thought it was super nice having someone go the extra mile. (They’re also helpful if you vacuum up something you shouldn’t have ?)”
“It's a decent car wash but the tire degrees would barely come out waisted a dollar trying to get my wheels cleaned before dinner witht the wife but the rest of it was awesome...super high pressure also”
“This is a decent car wash. The vacuum cleaners definitely need to be fixed or replaced as half of them barely work. The employee Melissa does a great job at giving my car a good scrubbing before it goes into the wash and she is very kind and professional. The other employees really need to work on their customer service and doing the pre scrubbing properly because sometimes they barely touch it. I have a membership and will probably keep it for as long as Melissa keeps working here.”
“I previously was paying $20 monthly with military discount. I reactivated my account and the military discount is $10 more month. Disappointed. Other than this the experience is good.”
