“Love the wash. Elizabethton location has been having problems. The wash process has not worked correctly. And another visit, my car had an oily film over my entire car. Employees didn't know what to do, and they kept running cars though instead of shutting down and fixing the problem. Very disappointed”
“Does a great job cleaning my wife’s Honda Passport. My Toyota Tacoma not so great as the tire dressing leaves me with little black spots on the sides of the trunk when I drive away.”

“I don’t ever leave reviews ? This experience was great enough for me to do so. At the kiosk I was signing up for a monthly membership, attendant came over, everything was good. Approach the entrance, let the attendant know I had returned from a 600 mile trip to and from my daughters wedding. Asked if he could get the bugs off the front of my truck. The response and action to my request felt very personal. They spent several extra minutes soaking and prepping my truck, in drive through car washes that’s like a life time. I will highly recommend this car wash anytime the conversation of a great car wash comes up.”
