“This is a fantastic group of people. I only store items in conditioned buildings and the Cherokee Self Storage units, in Elizabethton, TN, are clean and well maintained.
There are no requests the Owners/Staff ever thought was an inconvenience. Once on the 4th of July holiday, the Owners dropped what they were doing in order to help me when a move-in.
Between selling my home and then, renovating a 100-year old home, this location had the size of units I needed to store and protect my possessions during this still on-going process.
The Owners are "good people".”

“I can not say enough good things about this place! I needed a storage unit (quickly), and Lindsay was calling me and texting me soon after I applied for one. She was even heading home from work, but offered to meet me so I could check into my unit that night! She goes ABOVE and BEYOND for her customers! I have had 100 questions, all of which she answered very promptly…as in quick. I will never use another storage facility again, as I have in the past. MiniMall Storage has earned my business for life!

“Very easy process and fast too. Not the fanciest place but the units are air controlled and facility is secure. If you can manage without any human interaction or help at all this is your place, we did it just fine. But if you're gonna need help with anything there doesn't seem to be anyone on sight. Still tho pretty seamless process i like it.”
“There are a lot of storage building much closer to me but these guy are great. The owners are very easy to deal with and the place is very secure with security cameras covering everything.If you need long term storage I reccomend using them.The people loading and unloading their units are willing to accommodate others from moving vehicles to helping you unload yours. I cannot guarantee that someone will offer to help however it did happen to me..”

“My husband & I have rented units here a few times and have nothing but positive things to say. Our most recent experience we rented a mid-size unit. Before moving our things in we realized this unit might not be large enough so I called to see about changing to the largest - but I had just missed out on the last one. I spoke with the owner, and he said he would hold a smaller unit to have in addition to our mid size, should need it since we weren't sure it was going to be enough space. In the middle of our move, I knew I was going to need that extra unit- I called that evening just before arriving with our things and he had the office manager come down to leave the key for me, after hours, so I would have somewhere for the movers to put the rest of our things. Such wonderful customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone needing extra storage space.”
