“This is the best storage unit I have ever had. Although they have limited hours (8-5 weekdays and 8-12 on weekends) the staff has always been helpful and they have went above and beyond to assist with moving things into my unit considering I have a severe arm injury right now. My daughter-in-law-of-sorts also has a unit here and is also very satisfied. Moreover, you get to ride in a cool elevator. Nice plus.”

“I forgot my key code on Easter and my daughter's dress was in my storage unit. I called on Easter and had no problem getting a return call with my code. That meant alot to me. On another note, there is often trash laying around and I often have to clean my unit bc of insects and spiders. I wasn't happy about the whole insurance thing but maybe if something were to happen then I would, in retrospect, be glad. However, $70 a month is a lot for me personally. But the staff have always been kind to me. I think there are places that we all have room for improvement and hopefully the review will help.”
