“My daughter recently purchased her first vehicle from Carl’s Auto in Blountville, and I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. From the beginning, they were completely upfront and transparent about pricing. Unlike many dealers in the area who add hidden “paperwork” or “processing” fees, Carl’s honored the advertised price. That honesty and integrity stood out right away and gave us a real sense of their strong family values.
The process was also the fastest we’ve ever experienced when buying a vehicle. We brought our own outside financing, and Carl’s team worked seamlessly with our lender without any issues or delays.
The day after driving the vehicle, a check engine light came on. We understood the car was sold “as is,” but when we called Carl to let him know, he immediately stepped in to help. Since the vehicle had recently been serviced by a local shop, he arranged for a diagnostic right away to ensure nothing critical had been missed. I don’t know of another dealer who would act so quickly or stand so firmly behind their word and reputation after the sale.
The issue was addressed promptly, and we left more than satisfied with the outcome and Carl’s commitment to making sure everything was right. This was my daughter’s first vehicle purchase, and I’m grateful it was such a positive and honest experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Carl’s Auto to anyone looking for a trustworthy local dealer.”

“Can not believe how awesome my experience was with this place today pulled in to simply ask about two different Chevy Malibu’s the one we bought is a 2015 with 190k miles and the other we didn’t buy 2008 with around 240k miles he was very honest about every detail of both cars and made sure we got the one that best suited the new driver the total time we spent there was less than an HOUR from looking test driving to paying for the car getting the title and leaving and soon leaving he let us use a dealer tag to go to the tag office register the car and bring him back the tag if you or someone you know needs a car that is priced fairly I would highly recommend stopping by”

I purchased the truck and discovered a few days later there was an electrical issue with it. “I decided to wait a few months with my new vehicle in order to leave a review. I liked this place. I got me a nice 2016 Kia forte hatchback for a fair price. Guy is really nice and understanding. Only reason for the 4 star is that I have a *slight* issue with the tires. I was told the tires were practically new and I’ve started losing control under wet weather. It could be shocks, but idk. Nothing a little time can’t fix though. My experience was overall good, liked the guy that was there, like my vehicle. 4/5”
