“Staff were very polite and helpful to the extent allowed by the vehicle warranty. I was frustrated having to have my car towed to the dealership twice to determine it was a battery failure. My understanding the problem has been found in multiple batteries in Altima to he extent that there is facebook group about it.
The process the service staff at the dealership only serves to frustrate a person. This battery should have been tested more thoroughly the first time and replaced. It should not have required two trip to accomplish this.”

“I am leaving yet another five star (and if there were more stars I would also be checking those) for Midas in Dickson Tennessee! I had taken a client's vehicle in there today due to the 2026 Silverados passenger rear tire completely losing air all the time! I walk in at 4:00 in the afternoon and I am helped immediately! Once again the service was flawless and not only was it done in record time, I was not charged a red cent! I was given the piece of material that was in my tire causing it to lose air, and was told to have a wonderful rest of my day!
