“Sunday 8/9/26 on a very hot afternoon Eric turned a very stressful situation into a pleasant experience. I have not had much experience with needing to be towed and it must have shown. Once Eric arrived and took control of the situation all my anxiety went away. I hope if I ever have to be towed again that Eric will be the one to come help.”
“They've done all the repairs on my vehicles for the past few years. They're real transparent on what needs to be done and extremely professional and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced or repaired.”
“My partner and I were going on a road trip to Memphis and had to stop due to his car losing part of its splash shield on the interstate. The guys here were so kind to us and were able to answer questions my partner had about his car. We felt so taken care of and have nothing but nice things to say about the guys that work here.
I highly recommend to anyone who has car needs or any immediate needs to stop by for 5 star assistance.”

“My car broke down on the interstate. Steven randomly pulled up and asked if I needed assistance. He towed my vehicle back to my house immediately. Super generous and thankful he pulled up when he did. Thank you Steven! Best experience I’ve had with a towing company.”

“I recently bought a 2015 Mazda Miata from Kent at Niche Motors. It was exactly the car I was looking for. When I called Kent was very respectful and knowledgeable about the car. It was very easy to work with Kent getting a deal put together. I flew from Texas to Tennesee to pick up the car, and drove it all the way home. I'm very happy with the car and this was definitely the best purchase experience I've ever had with a dealership.”
