“Where to begin?! Rachel and Megan were AMAZING and so, so helpful! The entire experience was 10/10. From our first conversation, they each took time to ask questions and make sure they understood what I was looking for. They pulled options for me and helped me narrow down what I wanted. They were attentive, responsive and understood my vision perfectly.We found “the dress” before my mom was able to arrive, and they stayed late for me to share the experience with her. They went above and beyond, and I will always remember how special (and easy!) they made the day. My only regret is that it was over so soon… they were a delight to spend time with. “When I tell you that Luxe Bridal made my wedding dress shopping experience the best it is nothing but the truth. I had been to three other boutiques and had felt like I would never find “The Dress”. After searching online I found Luxe and decided to drive 2.5 hours away for their experience. It did not disappoint. Bri was so sweet, sincere, encouraging, and devoted throughout my WHOLE time dealing with them. I love that Luxe is so inclusive and has gowns for some of the more curvy, plus sized brides as well. “We visited RJS Bridal and Formal 2/25/24, the staff was very friendly and so attentive to what we were looking for, My daughter found the perfect prom dress, this was an exciting experience for our Senior class of 2024. She loved the entire experience at RJS. I highly recommend this store they had a wide variety off dresses of all sizes and they did my daughter’s alterations in store for free. We drove from Alabama so I was very pleased that we were able to take the dress home the same day. 10/10 experience for me. Thank you all so much for great customer service.”

“I came into my appointment unsure of how I would be welcomed due to previous stories I had heard from brides of how they were not welcomed in a lot of bridal shops when they were wedding dress shopping especially if they were just looking and did not plan to buy that day. So I had low expectations honestly because I was still undecided walking into the appointment if I was going to say yes to the process of buying a dress. But from the minute my best friend and I walked into the shop, Grace was so incredibly inviting and kind and had the best energy. You could really tell she loved her job and she genuinely wanted to help me stay in my budget and find the dress of my dreams. And she did just that! She blew my expectations out of the water! We chatted throughout the appointment as if we were old friends and she shared in my love and enthusiasm of vintage things. She had already set aside dresses and veils that she thought went with the design and aesthetic I was wanting. I mean she truly went above and beyond and again, I can’t say enough about how pleasant and welcoming she was the entire time. I had the absolute best experience and cannot wait to see my dress once it is created! Just really so thankful for all of Grace’s help!”

“My daughter found a prom dress she wanted, but it was a bit pricey for a dress that would likely only be worn for one night. I searched the internet to see if I could find the dress for a better price, and I was thrilled to find it on sale at Southern Belle Rose. My only concern was whether we could get the dress in time to have it altered before prom (we are in San Diego, so picking it up was not an option :-P). I called the shop and spoke to Yuri, who was absolutely wonderful! Yuri worked with me to make sure the dress would arrive in time for my daughter to have it altered before prom. Yuri packed the dress immediately to ship it out the same day and gave me an option and pricing for expedited shipping (ground shipping would have been free, but the savings on the dress price was far more than the extra cost of expedited shipping). After I gave Yuri the shipping address by phone, he even double checked the address in Google maps to ensure he had the correct address. Thank you, Yuri and Southern Belle Rose!”

“I had the best experience at this location and truly think I was gifted an Angel with Donna in assisting me. I've never been a Pinterest wedding dreamer nor really much of an elaborate dress person. I knew I wanted tea length and affordable since it's an expense that'll be worn once. I'm practical and frugal. Donna was AMAZING. She took me, my mom and sister under her wing and took great care. She was thoughtful and mindful of what I wanted and was comfortable with as well as where to add some uptick in my look that was natural and not forced. So so glad I took the advice of a colleague when she suggested we try here. I lucked out with an off the rack piece that needs minimal alterations and was out the door with my dress for our wedding in less than 5 months.”

“We rented chairs, tables, a blow up carnival game, and a margarita machine for our micro wedding. Everything was relatively easy to set up, and they had people to help us load everything into our truck which took a couple trips. The margarita machine was a definite hit.I would note that they do charge extra for deposit if you are from out of state like we are (husband is military). But they return the out of state deposit when you return the items.”
