“I had such a wonderful experience with Olia Zavozina, and a huge part of that was thanks to Grace. She was the very first person I met when I tried on my dress, and she was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. I had my mom with me—who can definitely be a handful—and Grace was so sweet and patient with her as well, which meant more to me than I can say.

This was only the second dress I tried on, and I was completely overwhelmed. Grace never rushed me or pressured me in any way. The fittings experience was just as amazing. I worked with Brooklyn, Dana, and Justin, and the entire team was incredible. Justin did an AMAZING job with the actual alterations—everything fit perfectly. Dana and Brooklyn worked seamlessly by his side, making sure every pin was placed correctly and that no detail was overlooked.

On the morning of my wedding, I suddenly realized I had forgotten how to steam my dress (panic moment!), and when I texted the team, Grace responded immediately and talked me through it. That level of care and responsiveness meant everything.

“Where do I begin???? Niya is INCREDIBLE. I originally reached out to her about me blind ordering a dress because I live in Memphis and have a super busy schedule. She was super helpful in assisting with that and I actually was able to make it to Nashville she even opened up an appointment for me right before they opened. “We have relied on Art Pancakes for rental of tables and chairs multiple times for backyard parties. They have everything we need, the prices are reasonable, and the process is simple.

Fortunately, I have always been able to pick up the tables and chairs in my truck, so I don’t know about their delivery. However, when picking up, I am in and out in less than 10 minutes. Their staff and process is efficient. And everyone who works there is friendly, and very knowledgeable about all of their inventory.

I don’t shop around when I need a party rental. I just call up Art Pancake.”

“this is the owners daughter i mean shes right, but our dresses dont have puffy sleeves and alot of lace..common that was like 5000 years ago when dresses where made like that...pale pastes nope dont think so..we got a large range of colors from red to blue purple to orange..how do you think we have so many clients by haveing a limit on our gowns?? NNNOOOO!!! in order to have a bussiness running you have to have a variety of colors and styles not just "puffy w alot of lace" i mean you've been to the store and yet you say that..okay!!?? “Where do I start? By far the best experience with ANY shopping experience I have ever had. We were on the hunt for a Sherri Hill dress that seemed to be a unicorn. Krista was AMAZING. I spoke with her initially, at least a month ago, she didn’t have the dress, but saw that it was on their radar to be ordered. She kept in contact with me every Wednesday to let me know if the dress had come in, even reaching out to me before I had she chance to call! And today the dress came in! So the unicorn is now ours and my daughter’s senior prom is complete! So this May, Glitz Nashville will be represented in Northeast Ohio and we couldn’t be happier! I would recommend them 1000x over.
