“I’ve shopped several DG locations across the state of TN over the last few years, including this one when I used to work in the area as it was on my commute. This was my first visit in a couple of years and wow! A lot has changed! The staff has always had great customer service but, where many DGs fall short, the store was very well stocked, neat and clean. Especially the restroom. This is a store I would go out of my way to visit with the exceptional customer service Patrick and Nelson!”
“I was there buying a couple of things, and the poor guy in front of me in line couldn't pay for his $20 worth of groceries, so I bought them for him. Kindness is something my parents taught me. It's a great feeling to be able to help a fellow American.”

“I've seen messy Dollar Generals, and I've seen clean Dollar Generals. This one, despite the Help Wanted signs around the store, is one of the cleanest Dollar Generals I've ever seen. If I lived closer, I'd visit it more frequently.
The store was also well-stocked and very tidy. I didn't see any employees besides the cashier, but it's clear that all the employees care about keeping the place running.”
“Scott was extremely kind and helpful yesterday. He carried heavy boxes to my car for me that I purchased. He went the extra mile and I greatly appreciated him. I'm more likely to go back to a location where the employees are so wonderful.”
“I went to the store at approximately 11:15 on Saturday February 10th to buy a phone charger. I asked the cashier where they were. The young man came out from behind the register to help me find the correct ones that would work on my phone. He even showed me another one that was slightly more expensive but was a fast charging one. He was so polite and and had such a great attitude. I hope the store manager appreciates him. I sure do!”
“The gentleman who helped me this morning was great. This Dollar General location is honestly probably the cleanest and most organized location I’ve ever been to, and I have lived in Texas, Florida, Tennessee and Wisconsin. I hope the gentleman who came in this morning at 6 AM has a great rest of his day. He was very nice.”

“So this Family Dollar location has definitely improved a lot over the past cpl of yrs. I am not ready to leave a 5 star review but I did go from a 3 to a 4 Star giving the changes that have been made and the fact that there is effort being made for further improvements. I am not going to say that the management has improved considering it's the same guy but the staff that's there actually doing the work shows that they do care about their jobs and take pride in what they do and to me that goes a long way. There are a few really good people that work there I just hope they stay since this place doesn't keep employees long every cpl of days it's a new face but honestly I can't blame them. Although at the moment they do have plywood on the doors due to the locals who would rather rob and steal as opposed to getting a job. Keep up the good work !!!”
“Stopped in to this Dollar Tree to find some lip balm. I have sensitive skin but this balm is moisturizing, made for sensitive skin and is economical (2 for $1.25). The store was neat, stocked with a variety of merchandise, and the clerks were friendly (Tennessee is known for it's Southern charm) service with a smile. Also, I grabbed some snacks for our trip. I would definitely recommend this place to others and will be back. Conviently located a few minutes off I -65.”
“Current crew young guys and one woman are way nicer and more helpful than the four that worked there before. I stopped going there for awhile because the old employees were super rude and I was waiting in line and the Jamaican woman employee was on the phone saying racist stuff against white people and the others were so angry all the time and short tempered. The older guy who's a manger there now is really kind and a hard worker. Just glad they got the riff raff out of there because there's no reason for that.”
“Today was my first visit to a Dollar General having grown up on the West Coast. Vicki and the manager working were amazing- they were very welcoming and patient in helping me learn about how Dollar General coupons work and ensuring my shopping trip went as expected. I will return to this store without hesitation.”

“Dollar General is one of my favorite places to coupon. You can always count on a great deal. Unfortunately, there is still an issue with inventory, so they may not have certain things in stock. Sometimes inventory shown online is not on the in-store shelves. The staff is nice, and they try to help as much as they can.”
“The women in this store are awesome. I am a regular customer there, and every time I come in I always have a good conversation with staff. I'm sad to see Ms. Connie and a couple others transfer, but are happy with the fact that it was due to a promotion.I came in there last month with horrible cramping. The manager asked if she could help with anything, in which I asked if they had any women's heating pads. She told me that they didn't have any in stock, but pointed out a product that was similar and said that it was her and her daughter's go to as they have endometriosis. I talked with her for a few minutes and she showed me several other products that she thought would bring me relief. I was in agony that day, and appreciated the fact that she emphasized with me and did her best to help me. Ms. Connie was always so sweet to me, and always singing and looked beautiful and professional. They are hard workers. That store gets slammed sometimes, and they still manage to stock the shelves and check everyone out in a quick and timely manner. I work next door, and enjoy my daily trips and conversations with them all. Keep it up Ladies. Y'all are doing great and I appreciate every one of you. >3”
“Clean! Great deals, different selection than dollar general, very clean well stocked, no ROLLTAINERS ON FLOOR, staff was friendly and helpful, chit chatting but not abrasive. Positive atmosphere, like they people working like and respect eachother, employees busy between checking out customers, home goods and seasonal stuff was a good selection ? ?”
“This store just upgraded to self checkout and you can already tell it's going to have a great impact. The shelves were flawlessly stocked and faced because the employees aren't stuck on registers. I've never seen a better looking Dollar Tree!”

“I frequent this store at least once a week. Went in today and got in Elizabeth's lane. Everything was fine until I asked for the total. At which time she replies "oh I thought you seen it on the screen. Most people pay attention to that". She then sticks her hand out for payment. Keep in mind she still hadn't told me the total. So I turned the keypad to her to show her that the total wasn't on that screen. She then replied "you must not be having a good day cause it don't seem like it" still not telling me the total. Finally she told me the total. At this point, I was so flustered at the disrespect, I almost walked away without my purchase. Her response? "Ma'am now here I am helping you out, you forgot this". She doesn't seem like a people person at all and is in the wrong line of work. That's absolutely not how you talk to customers. I don't know if she was mad that she had to work today, or mad that she had to open a register. But neither were my fault. That's a terrible way to treat paying customers. I'll drive to another location before I willingly allow someone to talk to me in that manner.”
“I love this Dollar store I can't think of the girl's name that works there I think she's a manager with the blue hair she is always so precious and helpful in every way they should really give her a raise or some kind of commitment for what how good she is with the customers and I just want to thank her!!!she always goes above and beyond her job to make sure that her guests are satisfied and that's more than I can say for most people in this county”

“My visit to this establishment was satisfactory. While the aisles felt a bit crowded, I was able to find all the essential items I needed. The store had a good variety of products, catering to most of life's necessities. The ample parking space made it convenient to access the store without any hassle. Although it may not have been the most exceptional shopping experience, it served its purpose efficiently.”

“Public ALERT!!!! They do not have trees for $1...In fact, they don't have any trees at all. However, they did have some quick and in expensive ($1.25) car cleaning items like Armor All, window cleaner, tire & rim cleaner, and new car scent. Just what I was looking for. Lots of items at reduced prices. No long lines. Quick in and out.”
