“Nereida has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. From the moment I walked in, she greeted everyone with a genuine smile and a positive attitude. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and wants people to feel welcome in the store. She stayed patient, helpful, and kind even when things were busy. That kind of energy makes a big difference and honestly made my whole shopping experience better. Employees like Nereida are the reason people come back. A great smile and great service go a long way!”

“I suffer from addiction/ mental health issues and homelessness. Miss Vicky always offers to buy me something to eat, Shannon makes me feel like she's my friend. Gregg makes me feel like I just want to do better with my life. They all make me feel welcome and not judged because every single dollar store does make me feel like a piece of crap from the time I walk in the door to the time I check out and pay with all change. I hope this store knows how much they mean to me on a daily basis. I hope their supervisors know they are what makes it a great store.”

The items o went in for were Al out of stock but I just improvised and got something different. The employees seemed to be working as a team there. A+”

“Some of these people on here be lieing saying that the management in customer service is bad the only reason the customer service can be bad is if the customers are rude to the employees that's the only reason customer service can be bad because customers want to be rude to employees that's the only reason y'all be lying on here saying you had a bad experience At this Dollar tree when there's other Dollar trees too they're getting paid to do their work and be there and do they're not there to be paid to hear your complaints and stupid remarks because you don't know how to treat the employees there like human beings”

“Your employee, Jean, was berated by a customer in line in front of me and she handled it with such grace and professionalism. Please recognize this employee. It was clear that the customer was looking for a confrontation and Jean should be applauded for the way she handled it. Stellar human.”

“dollar general is dollar general... ya find good and bad at mostly all of them, while the majority is found to be short staffed and alot of them have empty unstocked shelves, some are badly cluttered and have narrow aisles. It's always a gamble when on a road trip and needing to choose a Dollar General in unfamiliar territory. On the flip side, I do appreciate their expansion, making it a convenience when in need to find a Dollar General. b”

“Shout out to liyah and Chris?, (forgive me if I botched their names) for the wonderful customer service today 4/12. Another employee opened the door for me but I didn’t catch her name. They are model employees and deserve a raise. Sometimes you need a smiling face when you’re not having a great day! Whoever hired them did a lovely job! I specifically go to this store on Dickerson even though there is one closer :)”

“Very nice store. A little on the smaller side but good selection. High number of Security cameras, surveillance is a bonus. TRUCKERS! Small parking lot but enough space for a bobtail semi truck to enter and maneuver during low business times. Watch for low tree branches! Some fallen branches in a couple of parking spots. Friendly and attentive staff.”

“I want to recognize Tay, the store manager at Dollar General, for outstanding customer service and community spirit. Tay goes above and beyond her responsibilities, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and employees alike. One thing that really stands out is that she takes the time to teach crochet, sharing her skills and encouraging creativity within the community. It’s refreshing to see a manager who not only keeps the store running smoothly but also invests in people. Her positive attitude, patience, and willingness to help make every visit a pleasant experience. Dollar General is fortunate to have a manager like Tay representing the company. Thank you, Tay, for all you do!”

-
1801 Antioch Pike, Antioch TN 37013
“Current crew young guys and one woman are way nicer and more helpful than the four that worked there before. I stopped going there for awhile because the old employees were super rude and I was waiting in line and the Jamaican woman employee was on the phone saying racist stuff against white people and the others were so angry all the time and short tempered. The older guy who's a manger there now is really kind and a hard worker. Just glad they got the riff raff out of there because there's no reason for that.”

“The gentleman who helped me this morning was great. This Dollar General location is honestly probably the cleanest and most organized location I’ve ever been to, and I have lived in Texas, Florida, Tennessee and Wisconsin. I hope the gentleman who came in this morning at 6 AM has a great rest of his day. He was very nice.”

“I haven't been in that store in over a year because it always looked like a train wreck. (Just being honest) I just had to brag on the store today it was so well Organized. I didn't feel overwhelmed when I walked in. I think Mike has done a great job with the he store. I will shop there more. I also have to say the employee's were helpful and told me Mike is who did the store make over. This is my 1st Google review. I just felt this store and all that made it happen knows it didn't go unnoticed. Michele Hoyt”

“This is one of the most improved stores in their chains all of their items are full and they are constantly working to restock anything that they advertise you clearly marked items to choose from I didn't use to go to this particular store because of shortages but now I cannot stay away and you have so many items like towels or rugs to pick from. Good 👍 👍 👍 👍 Job Dollar corporations”
