“I visited this store to buy drinks, and a large coffee mug, a guy has to have his coffee, upon entering the store, we were greeted, the cashiers were very friendly, and helpful.”
“I’ve shopped several DG locations across the state of TN over the last few years, including this one when I used to work in the area as it was on my commute. This was my first visit in a couple of years and wow! A lot has changed! The staff has always had great customer service but, where many DGs fall short, the store was very well stocked, neat and clean. Especially the restroom. This is a store I would go out of my way to visit with the exceptional customer service Patrick and Nelson!”
“Not my fave store but wife wanted to buy Christmas cards there to save a few bucks. She found some cards but no multi card packs. She loves this store. It bores me.”
“They had everything that I went there to get. The only issue was that the check out cashier was slower than frozen molasses. There was a long line down the whole center of the store. Customers were leaving due to the long checkout line. A customer retrieved another employee that was at the back of the store. He was super fast. But the original cashier made comments that she was going slow on purpose. I know it's hard to find employees these days. But, Goodness Gracious.”
“Some of these people on here be lieing saying that the management in customer service is bad the only reason the customer service can be bad is if the customers are rude to the employees that's the only reason customer service can be bad because customers want to be rude to employees that's the only reason y'all be lying on here saying you had a bad experience At this Dollar tree when there's other Dollar trees too they're getting paid to do their work and be there and do they're not there to be paid to hear your complaints and stupid remarks because you don't know how to treat the employees there like human beings”

“I wanted to take the time to share what a Delight Victoria and Milan were yesterday at Store#4678. I purchased balloons, but the helium tank only had enough for one. Milan's vulnerability was stellar ? and Victoria helped me blow the others up for what made a Funky Table top decoration for the party I was attending ( it sat on the table while that one balloon floated above the others. ) That's how cool God is! Vicki and the manager working were amazing- they were very welcoming and patient in helping me learn about how Dollar General coupons work and ensuring my shopping trip went as expected. “This place is a good location, and good for a quick shopping visits like a great convenience store and you can use it as a money center as well. They have great candles and the five-dollar coupon it's always helpful especially when you're buying things like that you end up getting something free which is great, everyone that works there is always nice and helpful”
“The gentleman who helped me this morning was great. This Dollar General location is honestly probably the cleanest and most organized location I’ve ever been to, and I have lived in Texas, Florida, Tennessee and Wisconsin. I hope the gentleman who came in this morning at 6 AM has a great rest of his day. He was very nice.”

“Current crew young guys and one woman are way nicer and more helpful than the four that worked there before. I stopped going there for awhile because the old employees were super rude and I was waiting in line and the Jamaican woman employee was on the phone saying racist stuff against white people and the others were so angry all the time and short tempered. The older guy who's a manger there now is really kind and a hard worker. Just glad they got the riff raff out of there because there's no reason for that.”
“Very nice store. A little on the smaller side but good selection. High number of Security cameras, surveillance is a bonus. TRUCKERS! Small parking lot but enough space for a bobtail semi truck to enter and maneuver during low business times. Watch for low tree branches! Some fallen branches in a couple of parking spots. Friendly and attentive staff.”
“Around 3:00 to 3:20 I walked in the dollar tree to grab a few things Get to the register and asked to split the form of payments into to transactions made myself perfectly clear that I wanted to split the form of payment into two separate transactions only to be ignored by the employee as if I didn’t exist basically not wanting to communicate with me properly and then embarrassed by the employees as Cho if I couldn’t afford or pay for the items in a act of r racism continue to ignore me while standing at register while swiping my car numerous of times as if I didn’t have any money on my account, embarrassing me and had the nerve of enough to ask me oh sir, do you want me to pay for your food so I decided to walk out after the kept saying hey hey and not addressing me properly Im 45 years only and will not tolerate this type of treatment it was definitely racism from the employees here at Dollar tree”

“I would have preferred to leave 4.5 stars since my only complaint with this store is that the things I need aren't always in stock (given the great prices, I guess it isn't that surprising). I shop here about once a month for household cleaners, some food items and office supplies. I have always been very happy with the quality of items I've purchased - value for money can't be beaten. The employees have always been friendly and helpful. They're always adding new items, which makes it fun to shop here. I've seen more items over the $1.25 price on the shelves recently, which didn't entirely surprise me, but I haven't bought any of them yet - I come here for the great bargains, so I've stuck to the $1.25 items. The parking lot can get a bit busy, so drive in slowly and be careful crossing towards the store, as it right at the intersection of the entrance to this shopping center.”
