“I’ve shopped several DG locations across the state of TN over the last few years, including this one when I used to work in the area as it was on my commute. This was my first visit in a couple of years and wow! A lot has changed! The staff has always had great customer service but, where many DGs fall short, the store was very well stocked, neat and clean. Especially the restroom. This is a store I would go out of my way to visit with the exceptional customer service Patrick and Nelson!”
“I visited this store to buy drinks, and a large coffee mug, a guy has to have his coffee, upon entering the store, we were greeted, the cashiers were very friendly, and helpful.”
“Some of these people on here be lieing saying that the management in customer service is bad the only reason the customer service can be bad is if the customers are rude to the employees that's the only reason customer service can be bad because customers want to be rude to employees that's the only reason y'all be lying on here saying you had a bad experience At this Dollar tree when there's other Dollar trees too they're getting paid to do their work and be there and do they're not there to be paid to hear your complaints and stupid remarks because you don't know how to treat the employees there like human beings”

This Dollar General location is honestly probably the cleanest and most organized location I’ve ever been to, and I have lived in Texas, Florida, Tennessee and Wisconsin. “I've seen messy Dollar Generals, and I've seen clean Dollar Generals. This one, despite the Help Wanted signs around the store, is one of the cleanest Dollar Generals I've ever seen. If I lived closer, I'd visit it more frequently.
The store was also well-stocked and very tidy. I didn't see any employees besides the cashier, but it's clear that all the employees care about keeping the place running.”
“So this Family Dollar location has definitely improved a lot over the past cpl of yrs. I am not ready to leave a 5 star review but I did go from a 3 to a 4 Star giving the changes that have been made and the fact that there is effort being made for further improvements. I am not going to say that the management has improved considering it's the same guy but the staff that's there actually doing the work shows that they do care about their jobs and take pride in what they do and to me that goes a long way. There are a few really good people that work there I just hope they stay since this place doesn't keep employees long every cpl of days it's a new face but honestly I can't blame them. Although at the moment they do have plywood on the doors due to the locals who would rather rob and steal as opposed to getting a job. Keep up the good work !!!”
“I wanted to take the time to share what a Delight Victoria and Milan were yesterday at Store#4678. I purchased balloons, but the helium tank only had enough for one. Milan's vulnerability was stellar ? and Victoria helped me blow the others up for what made a Funky Table top decoration for the party I was attending ( it sat on the table while that one balloon floated above the others. ) That's how cool God is! One Thankful Customer❣️”
“Current crew young guys and one woman are way nicer and more helpful than the four that worked there before. I stopped going there for awhile because the old employees were super rude and I was waiting in line and the Jamaican woman employee was on the phone saying racist stuff against white people and the others were so angry all the time and short tempered. The older guy who's a manger there now is really kind and a hard worker. Just glad they got the riff raff out of there because there's no reason for that.”
“Today was my first visit to a Dollar General having grown up on the West Coast. Vicki and the manager working were amazing- they were very welcoming and patient in helping me learn about how Dollar General coupons work and ensuring my shopping trip went as expected. I will return to this store without hesitation.”
“Great cell holder for the car... clips to a vent and works great. Made a serving dish for cookies, pastries, snacks, etc... super glued a plate to a bowl... cost $2.50 in cute bee pattern.”

“This store just upgraded to self checkout and you can already tell it's going to have a great impact. The shelves were flawlessly stocked and faced because the employees aren't stuck on registers. I've never seen a better looking Dollar Tree!”

“Very nice store. A little on the smaller side but good selection. High number of Security cameras, surveillance is a bonus. TRUCKERS! Small parking lot but enough space for a bobtail semi truck to enter and maneuver during low business times. Watch for low tree branches! Some fallen branches in a couple of parking spots. Friendly and attentive staff.”

“I frequent this store at least once a week. Went in today and got in Elizabeth's lane. Everything was fine until I asked for the total. At which time she replies "oh I thought you seen it on the screen. Most people pay attention to that". She then sticks her hand out for payment. Keep in mind she still hadn't told me the total. So I turned the keypad to her to show her that the total wasn't on that screen. She then replied "you must not be having a good day cause it don't seem like it" still not telling me the total. Finally she told me the total. At this point, I was so flustered at the disrespect, I almost walked away without my purchase. Her response? "Ma'am now here I am helping you out, you forgot this". She doesn't seem like a people person at all and is in the wrong line of work. That's absolutely not how you talk to customers. I don't know if she was mad that she had to work today, or mad that she had to open a register. But neither were my fault. That's a terrible way to treat paying customers. I'll drive to another location before I willingly allow someone to talk to me in that manner.”
“Terrible customer service, staff screaming at customers and making fun of them because they don't speak English.. Products not place on proper shelves and staff not honoring advertised prices. Definitely not my favorite place. I rather sit in traffic to find a better store then to come back to this location. FILTHY”
“I love this Dollar store I can't think of the girl's name that works there I think she's a manager with the blue hair she is always so precious and helpful in every way they should really give her a raise or some kind of commitment for what how good she is with the customers and I just want to thank her!!!she always goes above and beyond her job to make sure that her guests are satisfied and that's more than I can say for most people in this county”

“I would have preferred to leave 4.5 stars since my only complaint with this store is that the things I need aren't always in stock (given the great prices, I guess it isn't that surprising). I shop here about once a month for household cleaners, some food items and office supplies. I have always been very happy with the quality of items I've purchased - value for money can't be beaten. The employees have always been friendly and helpful. They're always adding new items, which makes it fun to shop here. I've seen more items over the $1.25 price on the shelves recently, which didn't entirely surprise me, but I haven't bought any of them yet - I come here for the great bargains, so I've stuck to the $1.25 items. The parking lot can get a bit busy, so drive in slowly and be careful crossing towards the store, as it right at the intersection of the entrance to this shopping center.”
