“I just want to point out that most of the bad reviews are from 3+ years ago. My experience was incredible. As a self pay patient it is super challenging to find a Dr., PA or NP that will accept you in the Nashville area (thanks to Ascension and Vandy).
As a new patient, I was through paperwork, the nurse eval, and seeing Michele Potter within 20 minutes of walking through the door. She and staff were incredible! She spent more than ample time with me about my simple issues that I came in with. I just needed an updated referral for continuing Physical Therapy care.
Before I got home, my Physical Therapist was reaching out stating they had the approval needed for my continued care.
