When cancelling our old insurance with a different agency, there was a miscommunication regarding dates of coverage. This resulted in possibly huge fines from the DMV, but Nancy was able to adjust the starting date of our new policy so there was no lapse in coverage. Lesson learned, and crisis averted. Highly recommend!”
