“So end of 2020 and very happy with Estate & Financial Strategies. We have shifted to quarterly phone calls with Hank and continue to have great results with his services. “Excellent customer service. My agent, Nancy, goes above and beyond to be helpful and serve. When cancelling our old insurance with a different agency, there was a miscommunication regarding dates of coverage. This resulted in possibly huge fines from the DMV, but Nancy was able to adjust the starting date of our new policy so there was no lapse in coverage. Lesson learned, and crisis averted. Highly recommend!”
