4:30 on a Friday afternoon and the doors are locked. I've watched 30 people try the door and it's locked. Sign says back in 10 minutes, been locked for 30 minutes.

Subject: Request to Address Issues with Car Wash Card Reader
Since nobody ever answers the phone at this location, will bring to your attention an ongoing issue with the card reader for the car wash at your location here. Unfortunately, the card reader does not consistently work, and this has caused frustration for both myself and other local customers.
There have been multiple occasions when the card reader either fails to process the payment or does not work at all. This inconsistency makes it inconvenient for those of us who rely on your car wash service. We have also heard similar complaints from others in the community who have experienced the same issue. As a loyal local customers, we truly appreciate the services your station provides and believe this issue can be resolved to enhance the overall customer experience. We kindly request that the card reader be inspected and, if necessary, replaced to ensure it functions reliably moving forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

Sonny & Bailey (I hope I spelled both correctly 😉) made my visit very pleasant! I came in to check lottery tickets & didn’t know what I was doing. I learned and then was taught how to fill out a paper ticket. They were helpful, patient, funny, and professional! I will return to this location here on out. Thank you!

No hot food and minimal sandwiches. Would not stop here again on a Sunday. Three roller bars available and not one was even half full.

Some of the management is rude to the staff, and the customer service staff are professional and friendly.

Unfortunately, some pay for others, good places, bad employees.
Why believe that one does not know how to count? I paid with a 100 dollar bill and the employee gave me the change wrong, I checked it and it was wrong, and he didn't give me my ticket, counting my change because his way of acting was very strange, 10 dollars were missing (we know it's his profit for those who don't realize it) why are the employees so shameless or are they simply not paid well by the boss who has to steal from the clients?
He believes that one does not know how to count or that everyone is stupid and why trusting others is bad for people.
