“Love having this store in our community. It’s a real asset. We purchase clothes, toys and equipment for our grandchildren from this store. Selling to this store has been seamless. The stores website and voicemail offer selling procedures. I’m confused why there are negative comments about the stores selling procedures when they are clearly posted in the stote on the website and in the stores voicemail. Good job OUAC !”

“I really like this location. Despite the reviews that you read about the staff here, I personally have never been treated badly. I would say that they buy at least 80% of my stuff every time I come. The downfall to this location is the wait time. I would say it generally takes about 2 to 3 hours if you’re selling stuff. I would highly recommend just dropping your stuff off here and picking it up the next day if you’re on a time limit. I’ve also found some pretty high-quality, barely used, name brand clothing for my daughter here. Overall, I think this Once Upon A Child is worth visiting.”

“This place is always so well organized, and the staff is very kind. But one employee who always stands out to me every time I come in is Kinley. She is always so helpful, she has great customer service, always willing to help me find something when I come in and will drop what she is doing to help me. This girl needs a raise or something because she is amazing!!”
