This Walgreens is a standard go-to location with nice employees and great customer service. The pharmacist is very helpful and patient. Staff in the photo and drive-through departments are kind, helpful, and walk customers through steps with patience. However, the shelves are rather messy and unorganized, and it is sometimes hard to find an employee. Overall, they are nice good people.

I was at the Franklin Rd, Brentwood TN location to pick up some cards in the photo center. Raina was so sweet and such a joy. She made me leave with a smile. It's hard to encounter people that actually love what they do and appreciate excellent customer service. Thanks Raina for making my day a little brighter!
