“Always a good experience... Which is not my normal experience, for some pharmacies. Staff is consistent enough that it feels like a smaller or individual owned place. Still have the corporate rules and such, but as long as you're a rule follower and are kind and respectful from them, we've had nothing but excellent experience. Especially love the younger brunette, tall pharm tech and the pharmacist with the long curly brunette hair. (Sorry I can never remember your names 🫣). They always remember me and go above and beyond to make sure my aunt and I are good.”

“Most of the staff are very helpful but Mr. Dean goes above and beyond with courtesy and compassion. The only real negative we've run into is going to pick up and them being closed for lunch. I'm not sure if it's a daily thing or maybe when they're understaffed. Other than that we've always been pretty pleased with the service there.”

“This is the best pharmacy, they have always helped us straighten out any discrepancies and promptly order out of stocks. Justin (pharmacist) is incredibly helpful, cares and will do what it takes to get any issue straightened out.”

“While I'm not the world's biggest Kroger fan, I can appreciate when a Kroger location is exceptional, and this one all that and more.

For me, the mark of an excellent grocery store is the the appearance and the upkeep of the Produce department. Walking in the door near the Produce department is a very colourful, welcoming experience. The produce is well stocked, nicely arranged, and the area is kept very clean. It's not uncommon to see an employee or two tending to the area, making sure it's not just stocked, but stocked and arranged nicely.

In fact, this may be the cleanest, most organized Kroger I've ever seen. I've made over a dozen visits in the last year and I've yet to see a box out of place, a jar of broken (anything) in the middle of the aisle, or a broom randomly resting against a shelf.

The staff is seems focused and on-point. Whether behind the meat counter, stock shelves, or cashiering, I've never seen someone standing around scrolling or talking on their phones. While I freaking LOATHE self-checkout, if I've only got 2 or 3 scannable items (read that: items that don't need to be weighed or numbered) I'll use it. The one time I did I had a question and the person minding Self Checkout was on the spot, ready to assist

The parking lot is generally kept clean and carts (somehow) end up in the cart corrals instead rolling through the parking lot, denting cars.

If this Kroger were closer to home (Louisville) I'd definitely shop here regularly.”

Original: It's been so hit or miss here. Love about half of the staff and they've gone above and beyond and been super helpful.
The other half of the time is so dreadful though, that it ruins my overall opinion and review.

Today for example: Dr called in a controlled medication which can only be filled every 30 days, early. They said that it would be ready several days ago, which surprised me. When I called to double-check, they acted as though I should have just somehow intuitively known that it wouldn't be filled - Even if their system was the one that told me to come get it.

So I waited until the day before it's due (yesterday) to ensure that it would be filled for my aunt this AM, as it is her last day of medication for the month, NONE in bottle left.

Long story short, I waited well over an hour and a half, coming up three separate times and being told that it was almost ready. The last time up at the counter, I could see it sitting in the basket and the cashier went to grab it for me, but the pharmacist told him no, that we should wait until my aunt has absolutely zero medication in her system, and pick it up tomorrow. I'm not upset about the regulations as they are. Although I know by now that promises kept override it if need be. Still, 30 days of medication is 30 days of medication. This isn't even for me, it's for my elderly aunt that I care for. It is not convenient or appropriate for her to have a day where she is stressing and doesn't have any medications, before I can go pick it up, if I'm even able. Please fix your pharmacy issues!”
