“My husband & I moved to Franklin, TN about 3 months ago. We love it & we also LOVE our Publix! Customer Service is always top notch, great selections, always clean & OMG their deli is so AMAZING! Biggest selection of Boar's Head I have ever seen. They also have pre sliced deli meat that you can grab & go. There are also lots of premade bites that you can grab & go. Thank You Publix for making life convenient & easy for me!”
“Fairly prompt service. Highly congenial and helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Only glitch was trying to find the entrance. Perhaps I rely too much on my GPS (which took me to the rear entrance.)No problem, a helpful staff member invited me to come through their hallway to the front.Note: I have posted a photo of the actual front entrance. lol”

“Always a good experience... Which is not my normal experience, for some pharmacies. Staff is consistent enough that it feels like a smaller or individual owned place. Still have the corporate rules and such, but as long as you're a rule follower and are kind and respectful from them, we've had nothing but excellent experience. Especially love the younger brunette, tall pharm tech and the pharmacist with the long curly brunette hair. (Sorry I can never remember your names ?). They always remember me and go above and beyond to make sure my aunt and I are good.”

“Most of the staff are very helpful but Mr. Dean goes above and beyond with courtesy and compassion. The only real negative we've run into is going to pick up and them being closed for lunch. I'm not sure if it's a daily thing or maybe when they're understaffed. Other than that we've always been pretty pleased with the service there.”

“I went to Walgreens to have some photos printed off for a gift. I was lucky enough to have Raina help me at the Brentwood, Tn location.
She helped me use the Kioske to place my order printed my order off immediately, She asked me if I was a loyalty member & when I answered in the affirmative, she said I had a dollar to use toward my purchase..
I told her I had an old phone # & she asked if I wanted to change it & said it would not take a minute to do it. All I can say is Walgreens better hang onto Raina as she is a REAL asset to this company. She had a positive attitude, a smile that was genuine & looked like she truly enjoyed helping me! That’s rare in today’s retail world!!”

“While I'm not the world's biggest Kroger fan, I can appreciate when a Kroger location is exceptional, and this one all that and more.
For me, the mark of an excellent grocery store is the the appearance and the upkeep of the Produce department. Walking in the door near the Produce department is a very colourful, welcoming experience. The produce is well stocked, nicely arranged, and the area is kept very clean. It's not uncommon to see an employee or two tending to the area, making sure it's not just stocked, but stocked and arranged nicely.
In fact, this may be the cleanest, most organized Kroger I've ever seen. I've made over a dozen visits in the last year and I've yet to see a box out of place, a jar of broken (anything) in the middle of the aisle, or a broom randomly resting against a shelf.
The staff is seems focused and on-point. Whether behind the meat counter, stock shelves, or cashiering, I've never seen someone standing around scrolling or talking on their phones. While I freaking LOATHE self-checkout, if I've only got 2 or 3 scannable items (read that: items that don't need to be weighed or numbered) I'll use it. The one time I did I had a question and the person minding Self Checkout was on the spot, ready to assist
The parking lot is generally kept clean and carts (somehow) end up in the cart corrals instead rolling through the parking lot, denting cars.
If this Kroger were closer to home (Louisville) I'd definitely shop here regularly.”

“This is not my local CVS but due to issues, I have had medication filled here several times and the pharmacy staff has been attentive, friendly, informative and helpful. Nancy really helped me out recently and took care of my needs in 10 minutes where a different pharmacy left me without medication or communication for three days. Thank you Nancy and CVS Brentwood!”

“I’ve seen they have had issues finding a full staff, so it’s to be expected some wait times have happened occasionally. You can only expect so much when it’s only two or three people back there. That being said, they’ve always been very polite and helpful with me.Also, to address a complaint another reviewer had: I have also gotten texts for a prescription being ready when they weren’t. I assume it’s an automated thing they can’t help. So I just started calling in to check if they’re ready. Easy fix on my end.”
