“Can’t recommend or thank these guys enough. The manager Brian went above and beyond even though I was bugging the mess out of him every day, he was extremely kind and professional. He is very hands on and very honest. He kept me updated thoroughly through out the whole process and personally checked my vehicle before it ever left the shop. Brian does stay very busy but he is also very on top of things. When I picked my car up Billy, who I believe is a tech there, checked me out and was such a pleasure to talk to. This not a shop just trying to make money off putting in a new transmissions, they are honest and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend these guys!”

“Took my car in on a recommendation from a friend who has been going there for years. They always tell her the most sensible repairs. My car was suddenly stalling, they said to bring it in whenever and they'll have a look. I had a knock sensor and check engine light on. I had the part for them to install and they recommended I take it back to the dealership as it's been a common problem with the Kia Optimas and they're honoring warranties further out than they normally would. He checked it out, let me know they could install the sensor but likely the sensor was working. Even added some oil free of charge. I took it back to the dealership and they were 100% right, had to get the engine rebuilt under warranty, gave me a rental for free. I appreciate Crosstown Auto Repair for not only being honest and not wanting to charge me for something that may not work, but also being knowledgeable with cars, warranties and best steps. Will definitely return with any other car repairs. Wouldn't even accept a tip for his time and oil they added. Their quick and friendly service is top notch.”
“Great little shop with four bays with hydraulic lifts. Leo was extremely helpful. He made sure and checked the specs on all the tools and parts that I needed. He even took the time to explain to my sons not only what to do, but how to do it and why. These shops are going awaythroughout the United States, but with service like this, I really hope we keep auto hobby shops for the DIY mechanics.”
“My truck broke down in Covington TN and I live in Byhalia MS. Dustin helped me get my truck fixed kept my price to a minimum and was very straightforward. He worked my truck in between the vehicles he already had and he had never even met me. I am so grateful to the Almighty God for his kindness. “Two huge tree limbs dropped right onto the roof of my Prius at a family party. Smashed the roof and destroyed the entire back windshield. Walls got me in when they were already very booked with cars that had been damaged by the tornado that ripped through Covington just weeks before. When it was all said and done, they handled the insurance 100%, and restored my car to like brand new. I could not be more pleased! The insurance company recommended this shop and I totally understand why. Great service, good people and stellar craftsmanship!”

“I have used this business for car repair several times. This time my anti-freeze was leaking from the engine and overheating. As with previous visits the problem was fixed and the cost was very reasonable. Which I will add is not the case in many other car repair shops. In fact my 82 year old neighbor who is a widow previously took her Jeep in for repair for an electrical problem. Both dealerships replaced parts and the electrical problem remained. She has paid hundreds and hundreds of dollars for unnecessary repairs and the problem remained. They even suggested her spark plugs be replaced even though they had been replaced several months prior to her visit. She finally told the Millington dealership to give her her keys and she would never be back. She now uses Atoka repair as I do, the problem is repaired and the cost is very reasonable. Great customer service, highly recommend!”

“I visited Quality Tire on Monday, November 3, 2025, after discovering I had a flat and needed a replacement tire. As a young woman, I often feel uneasy going into tire shops, but my experience here was completely different. The salesperson who helped me (I wish I could remember his name to give him proper credit) was incredibly kind and professional.
He went above and beyond to help me find a replacement tire as quickly as possible. Although my tire size wasn’t available in-store that day, he promptly ordered one from another location to be delivered the next day. When I returned, he was very apologetic about the short delay and made sure everything was handled smoothly.
His customer service was truly outstanding, and he turned what is usually a stressful situation into a positive experience. I’ll definitely be returning to Quality Tire in the future.”
“Very professional. They repaired two punctured tires. One tire had a nail in it but Triple T told me nothing was wrong. I assumed that the vandals had simply let the air out of the tires since one had 6 lbs of pressure and the other had 19. They advised me that my tires were worn down and I appreciated this advice and bought three tires from them. Thank you.”

“My 2020 GMC had a mechanical problem. Long story short, it was a #3 cylinder misfire. At first I was told it was a transmission problem. Transmission shop diagnose it to a #3 misfire. Sent the truck back to my first mechanic to change a coil pack on the #3 cylinder. Didn't fix it. They stated it was a dead #3 cylinder. I took it Trinity Automotive and had Andrew and his take look at it. The following day they called and said it was fixed. Spark plug was cracked. The original mechanic that installed it must have cracked during installation the previous month. Andrew's team not only saved me thousands of dollars but did a thorough diagnostic. I have used these guys before and liked there work. Great customer service and always looking out for customer. I highly recommend Trinity Automotive. Highly skilled a great customer service.”
