“I bought a used Corolla a little over a year ago with nearly 200k miles on it. I had been putting some TLC into it over the past year. A new starter here, a new AC BLOWER motor there. But it always had this issue with it idling rough and not really running the best. It was causing me not to be able to crank it up multiple times in a row. Anyway, a buddy with a diagnostic machine had me thinking that it was a crankshaft sensor…after installing a new sensor and the problem getting worse, I finally threw my hands in the air and said screw it, let me find a professional that I can trust, even if it costs me $$$$. A family friend recommended me Joe at Graves automotive in Millington. I called him, he was honest with his timeline. Said he wouldn’t even be able to look or consider my car for another week. I waited on him, towed my car to him. After he had my car for a week, he calls me and tells me that he has diagnosed it, and the misfire on cylinder 1 is my FUEL INJECTOR. I had him change all 4 of the fuel injectors and I pick up my car. Wow! It’s a whole NEW CAR!!! It cranks right up every single time with no hesitation!!! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! IF YOU WANT RELIABLE WORK THATS NOT GOING TO TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE, CALL JOE!! I’m going to send this dude everyone I know. I just found my new mechanic. Thanks Joe! You made my Corolla ride and feel AMAZING!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP! Finding someone who is actually going to diagnose THE PROBLEM, is easier said than done! “Huge shoutout to Adam Hancock owner of Rite Choice Auto & Tire in Millington, TN. My son had a blowout last night and shortly thereafter lost the doughnut spare as well. Adam found ordered new tires and went out of his way to go find another doughnut, got all of it repaired and had him back on the road by 10:30am this morning. Time was of the essence as he needs to be in Washington state Monday morning to start a new job which is a 36 hr drive. We appreciate Rite Choice & Adam going above and beyond. “I’m new to the area.. a month ago I needed air in my tires and someone I met recommended me to come here. They had me pull in and checked and filled all my tires free of charge and were very polite. So that experience already made me want to come back in the future..
Fast forward to today.
I went in for an oil change and needed new tires. The gentleman at the front was incredibly hospitable and tried to get me a ride back to base and was generous enough to offer to pick me up outside the base gate when my vehicle was ready. Every person we encountered that worked here was very friendly and polite. I loved the feel of southern hospitality. . Also, I usually get my oil changed at Jiffy lube and it usually runs me 110, Roland’s was significantly cheaper! For the remainder of my family’s stay in Millington I will only be bringing my car to Roland’s!”

“A few weeks ago, my mother was driving my car when it over heated. A very kind man flagged my mom down when he noticed it was overheating. It was the owner of this business, Daniel. I've never met a kinder gentleman. He stayed with her until my father in law and I could get to her, and helped me arrange towing to his shop. He had his wonderful staff fix my radiator as soon as they could and I was able to quickly get back to work. They did an amazing job fixing it. I definitely plan on going here again in the future, and have been suggesting them to my family to. Truly an honest business .”

“I visited Quality Tire on Monday, November 3, 2025, after discovering I had a flat and needed a replacement tire. As a young woman, I often feel uneasy going into tire shops, but my experience here was completely different. The salesperson who helped me (I wish I could remember his name to give him proper credit) was incredibly kind and professional.
He went above and beyond to help me find a replacement tire as quickly as possible. Although my tire size wasn’t available in-store that day, he promptly ordered one from another location to be delivered the next day. When I returned, he was very apologetic about the short delay and made sure everything was handled smoothly.
His customer service was truly outstanding, and he turned what is usually a stressful situation into a positive experience. I’ll definitely be returning to Quality Tire in the future.”
“Brian was great. He quoted me cheaper than everywhere else and he got my car fixed extremely quickly. I needed all my rotators and brake pads changed on my 2016 Nissan Rouge. Super friendly and would recommend to everyone. If I ever need work done again, definitely going to him! My car has never drove better honestly.”
“Update: recently my truck experienced no power in my lower gears, I brought my truck to T&A and the issue was addressed. The reason why I am updating this 5 star post is that fact that the shop made a mistake in not installing my filter correctly after the job was done. Thomas came to my house and personally made it right, he purchased a brand new fuel filter and reinstalled on site. Very professional, just a good human being to work with.
OLD POST: Had to get my foot valve replacement and Thomas and his crew have always done a professional job. He communicated with me and explained the problem and solution. He had me back on the road within a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend T&A for all your semi truck repairs and services.”

“Now the auto center at thus location was A.1. At this location. I had a flat tire by actually running over a piece of metal in there parking lot after shopping inside headed to there gas station in the same parking lot. So I got my gas and plopped,banged,Klunked it over there auto center talked to the guys outside talked the lady inside paid for my tire came back out to the shop and my tire was done ready to roll no appointment or nothing.
