Hands down the WORST internet provider I have ever seen. If they werent the only wifi provider in the area, I am 100 percent sure they would be out of business by now.

It’s just terrible trying to get into contact with century link and this address takes u to a house not a century link location for help

Don’t do business with them. The wait times to talk to an actual person is about 1 hour. Plus I don’t have a printer to print with and I asked them to mail me a return label to return a modem to them and every time they said they mailed one out they lied and they did not mail one to me.
