“Cancelled my Internet/TV with Spectrum after 5 years of paying over $250 a month. Several people referred me to T Mobile for Internet, which is all I need. I ordered the equipment, at no cost, and it was ready for pickup after less than 5 minutes! Went to the store and was greeted by 3 employees. Very knowledgeable youngsters and very nice!
I was so nervous about hooking up my Gateway but they told me to download the TLite app and follow instructions or call if I needed help. I downloaded the app and within 10 minutes I was up and running. Let me say this ......their Gateway Internet runs circles around Spectrum! So much better!
I'll be purchasing a phone from them soon also.
